We offer a free and easy to use click and collect service from our London shop. To use this service, simply select the Pick Up In Store option at checkout. You will then be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. To avoid disappointment, please do not attempt to collect your order before you have been notified that it is ready. Orders can be collected 7 days a week during store opening hours from 8 Chiltern Street, W1U 7QH. Orders should be collected within 7 days. If you are unable to collect your order within this time frame then please notify us. Orders that are not collected within 7 days will be refunded. This service may not be available during busy periods

Our shipping partner DHL may offer you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you. Please note that if you choose to make any changes to your delivery (such as 'left in a safe place' or 'leave with a neighbour'), then Trunk nor DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.
